The Lady Wildcat Basketball team is headed into the 2010 Playoffs!!!!!  Coach Holly Mulligan expressed her appreciation for the great crowd support at the Berkner game.

She writes....."Our crowd was intimidating for Berkner and we outnumbered their crowd big time!!  Thanks for all your support for your Lady Wildcats!!!  It did not go unnoticed.  The girls knew you were there cheering them on.

At the Berkner vs LH game we got the broom out and had a clean sweep.  The freshman team has really made leaps and strides this year and have dominated in district recently.  They blew Berkner out for the third time this year!!!  Great job freshman!

The JV did an outstanding job taking care of the ball and working as a team to win.  We were short some of our players at the Berkner game but the team united and it was one of JV's best games of the entire year.  It was a great start and the Varsity went into the game with confidence because of our 2-0 start.  And then... the Varsity DOMINATED and came out strong.  The girls executed the game plan perfectly and I was proud of the way they held their composure and played as a team as their playoff hopes were on the line.  We had outstanding hustle and effort from the whole team!  CONGRATS LADY CATS!!!!

Also, Sam Couch signed her official scholarship on February 3!  She is officially a Trinity University Tiger !!  We will also have signing day for Sam Couch and Kosi Ekwu coming soon in the gym for our team and fans!!  We are so proud of Sam and the way she has persevered in the midst of the storm she has seen this past year.  She doesn't know how to give up, and she is being blessed for her pride, poise, class and discipline.  CONGRATS SAM!!"
